What a fantastic day we were all had on Sunday! The weather was as kind as it could be with only minimal breaks for rain, and we were treated to some brilliant tennis matches.
It really was a special day at the club with lots of supporters, delicious food, a well-stocked bar and a great atmosphere.
Huge thanks to tournament organisers Holly Cottingham and Molly Rice and a special mention for Yusuf Bankole (who wasn’t able to be there on the day but whose guidance was massively helpful in the planning). The organisation was smooth and the beautifully-presented programme impressively informative.
Thanks also to Sam Lane, Charlotte Sarrington and Tracey Dalmon for the fantastic food provided (a LOT of effort went into the Posh Ploughmans and homemade cakes), and to all of our bar volunteers who gave up their time to serve the Pimms! Also on duty was Lindsey Baldwin providing sports massage therapy for the players.
